No, you'd be able to use mods with the Steam version, but you'd have to buy Fallout 4 and its DLC again That's what I thought. My mods have been working, as long as they're not dependent on the DLCs, but that limits the mods i can use obviously. Thanks again

I am having the same issue. Those ^ extensions are enabled. Not sure if it maters but I bought fallout 4 and all DLCs through the microsoft store.
