  1. Using Vortex 1.9.5. I have large mod collections I use for both Fallout4 and SkyrimSE, so I'm trying to understand how things are arranged by Vortex. I understand that I need to have the game(s) and the staging folder(s) on the same drive, and I have both Steam games installed on my D:\ drive. One of my goals is to keep the large number of mods in each collection separate from one another. In settings, I have set my Staging folder to be "D:\VortexMods\Staging\{GAME}." This appears to work correctly, so that when my active profile is SkyrimSE, it shows the Staging folder as "D:\VortexMods\Staging\skyrimse." (attachment 'staging.') This doesn't seem to work with the Downloads folder(s), though. I have set my Dowloads folder to "D:\VortexMods\Downloads," but it doesn't seem to take the {GAME} designator. If I add \{GAME} and then click "Apply", it tells me that it is the same - that is, Vortex says "D:\VortexMods\Downloads\{GAME}" points to the same place as "D:\VortexMods\Downloads." (attachments 'downloads folder 1' and 'downloads folder 2.') Is that expected behavior? It is certainly possible that I just don't understand something, and there's a reason the two (Downloads and Staging) don't and/or shouldn't behave the same way. Just looking for enlightenment. Thanks.
