    Didn't her parents pull her out of that school, and transfer her to another? (I may be getting this one confused with another case.)

     

    What makes you think the bullies parents WEREN'T notified?

     

    'Nother question I would have is: Was this reported to school authorities, and did they actually make an attempt to do something about it?

     

    oh the parent's just didn't give a damn. i recall seeing a picture of one of the bullies facebook post saying something along the lines "Yes, i bullied her and she killed herself but IDGAF(i don't give a f--k). sad. what's interesting is that i dealt with bullying for most of my childhood yet since starting college it just seems like people are different. i never see conflict, and everyone is cool to each other for the most part.

    Seems to be a nice guy, but a useless politician, like most. Unfortunately that's not really his fault, just politics in general has become stagnant.

     

    As was already said; he's an American Tony Blair.

    i find that he is actually making progress. im extremely pleased to see a president willing to back Gay marriage sad he is the first however. Whether people like him or hate him he was the best candidate this last election.

    i despise the violent video game debate. i look at it more as the parents fault if the kid sees something in a game and tries to recreate it. why were you letting them play it? did you no teach them right from wrong? i love playing saints row but i would never dream of hurting someone that didn't deserve it because i was raised to have a good moral compass. They try to put it off on the games because the parents are either to stupid to realize it or to embarrassed to say it was their fault for letting a younger kid play a violent game.

    The BEST game ever.

    If you count mods, surely you'd have to up-rate X-COM to an even more glorious 9 out of 10 Mutons?

     

    regrettably, i was unaware the game could be modded and purchased it on the ps3. i will most likely get it for pc when the price drops a little.

    I got most of my plasma from capturing weak aliens (sectoids and thin men). Mutons are tougher to capture, but one in every few abduction mission is doable. You only need 4 at the most. Plasma pistol, light plasma riffle, heavy laser and laser sniper is adequate before you can get more alloy for the weapons (mainly 2 sniper, 2 heavy and 2 alloy).

     

    the funny thing was that on my first playthrough i only ever captured one thin man.

     

    well so far so good on my current play though. no ones dead yet, finished all the sling shot missions, but i already lost a country and i'm close to losing 4 more. working on sats for cover.
