If you want to make it snow, type into the console fw 00038EED.
To make it permanant-ish, type in fw 00038EED 1. I'm not sure how permanent it is, though.

Its seperated options for me too, because...
...if theres no snow on the ground why would you want it to snow?
You got a good point there if the options are made that way in an update or some such.
The thing is that apparently in v2 its changed so that both options are now one, the old version had separate options. I thought your supposed to have more options when a mod is updated? *sigh*

Simply, the submit button will not work and I have no clue why. Its as if it were a grayed out button on a demo, it just doesn't work.

You get an edible thing in your inventory that when eaten will open a settings panel where you can set the snow /rain duration.
You don't get it do you. I just want one weather type, not rain and snow I just want -->SNOW<-- alright. There is no separate rain or snow option its just both.
You can set the RAIN duration to ZERO, meaning it'll never rain... unless you really don't want those extra files.
There are no separate settings for rain & snow, it clearly has only 4 options like that rain AND snow max/min duration and no rain AND snow max/min duration. There are no separate options in the settings, I had a mod that had separate .esp files in which one was rain and one was snow but apparently that version is gone and thats just plain stupid because who wants to see rain in a snow mod and if theres no snow on the ground why would you want it to snow?

"Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow" change the maximum time of rain to zero, adjust the snow accordingly.

I reinstalled my game since I just had way too many mods so now I only have a few mods that I use a lot. Now I have a Winter mod, FOWE if I remember right and the problem is that I can't find a snow weather mod but I want a snow only mod not the mixed crap which is all that I can find. I clearly remember that I had a mod that came with rain and snow as separate options so if you know what mod it is if its still around please leave the link below.

There is a mod like this already, it adds a battle in Fairfax, a companion in the sewers of springvale, and of course the race, weapons and so fourth

I really wish i was capable of modding, but i think this would be a really cool idea! It would be simple (if i had the right programming) to just recolor Col. Autumns Jacket and the chinese commando hat. I hope this gets made!
It would be pretty simple for anyone who did it, mainly because theres really only a need for changing the texture of items already ingame but I guess someone could go the extra mile to make a new coat model but the exact hat model is already in the game.

This mod, http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13668, the WW2CommanderMod's textures won't work and I get the usual ground becomes texture thing on my guys so obviously I can't use it until its actually fixed.

I think hes saying that he wants a gun that can put an NPC in your inventory and the gun like some mods have silencer options or grenade launcher options have a spawn option but be part of the players faction if there is one, I don't know, but the capture version would use empty pandora boxes probably and the other used ones somehow. Clarify me if I didn't simplify it right.

Its funny how I actually care about anything that doesn't shoot at me even though its just a video game, but it would probably be a simple mod for someone to make, be able to pick up skeletons, have a few places here or there that you can bury for karma.

Either Children of the Wasteland or Childhood Beginnings folks did it for the word "mungo" -- but, there are a lot fewer NPCs who use the word mungo in the game, pretty much just the Little Lamplighters.
F-bomb, on the other hand... that's really asking a lot to edit it out of the dialog in the game.
Not only that but the word is written in various places, one notable one being right behind a door at one of the SatCom arrays. I'm pretty sure there are other non-dialog occurrences of it scattered throughout the game as well.
Even if it were edited out of dialog, it'd be pretty obvious that something was edited out, which may lead to uncomfortable questions. And what if even one occurrence is missed (particularly the easy-to-miss non-dialog instances)? Well...oops. I think the best option is to either tell your parents to teach the kid about cussing (best), or just not let him play the game. 'sides, they'll have to have that talk with him sooner or later anyway.
No one ever gave me a talk... about anything that your supposedly given a "talk" about actually but I still knew everything at a normal rate. I knew f**k by the first or second grade lol.

This kind of mod would only be done by someone on a crusade to sensitize games. *cough*hillary clinton*cough* Its a good thing she knows nothing about games except that the word crap is such a horrible word.

Every now and then I look for any new soviet related stuff. I just love the idea of just being in one of those Soviet trench coats with a sniper rifle and the nice fake/real(don't care) fur Soviet hat. The thing is theres only one mod with soviet stuff but its the WWII mod which only has a simple uniform which is basically a retextured chines uniform and it just looks weird. What I'm basically asking for really is a modified generals coat be it just retexturing or making a whole new model, the hat really only needs to be a retextured chines hat.

Why would you list five cheats when you can go to cheatcc and have an entire list of hundreds of commands or fallout wiki.

Nexus works perfectly fine for me besides Internet Explorer not responding maybe two times in the past which may have nothing to do with nexus at all.

You people should be happy they have even made seven patches and five DLCs. A lot of other games hardly get any support like CoD:WaW. The only crashes I have goten recently seem to be mod related like when Im shooting at something with a gun from a mod so Im perfectly happy with bethesda.

This is a simple request, a mod that make it so that you can use Euclid's C-Finder without sending the power to the satellite.
