  1. Allright, makes sense. It just surprised me because chrome and every other dl manager do get the actual DL link from nexusmods just like NMM used to, so they wouldn't lose the progress when network goes down. How does the API work btw? When I press download and it adds it in Vortex queue, is the dl link data stored to some kind of network chache on Nexus servers or what until the whole file is downloaded? It sure doesn't store it to local chache or software chache or anything judging by the way it clears the whole queue after losing connection.
  2. This is the error I get to every mod in the queue when I lose my connection. It also clears the queue.
  3. When I lost my connection, a error prompt went through all the mods in queue saying something like "downoad error" or something and it cleared the whole list.
  4. Yes. I just posted the screenshot to show how it got stuck to that indicator. It got vanished from the manager just like all the other 80 mods I had queued.
  5. I haven't been modding for years but when I got back NMM was no more and this thing came in place. I haven't yet tried how it compares in mod management but what is going on with the download management? If I lose my connection I lose my progression and if I wan't to download the mod again it starts from the beginning and doesn't even try to delete the old obosolete files. I had 80 files in queue that vanished from the queue too. Also, why the one that was downloading gets stuck like in the picture attached? Is this a feature or malfunction? NMM got that figured out, just like every other software on the planet that has to manage downloads.
  6. Got the same problem here, though manual configuration didn't help. I can assure you the game file is there.
  7. Yep. I prefer to double check even with manual config, but this time I just couldn't figure out what's the problem. I've modded Skyrim to oblivion, so I'm not new to modding. I found one topic about similar problem. Someone installed Witcher with GOG Galaxy (as I did first) and NMM didn't find the game. There was no solution, so I uninstalled both (GOG Galaxy and the game) downloaded the game files and started from the scratch. Still not working.
  8. I'm getting this every time I try to launch the game through Nexus Mod Manager; "Failed to launch 'Witcher3.exe' The system cannot find the file specified" witcher3.exe directory = D:\Games\The Witcher 3 - Wild Hunt\bin\x64 I bought the GOTY edition from GOG. First I tried with GOG galaxy but NMM didn't find the game. After that I swiped the game and GOG Galaxy and tried clean install. Still the same problem. Any idea what might be causing this?
