hey ive got some pretty good gear right now and i dont like the way it looks but there are other armors that look better but are weaker so is there a mod that lets you swap/reskin armor/weapons

hey im looking for some sort improvments and i constantly have to check through the 20 swords i have to see which is the best and it takes to long so i was wondering if anyone knows of any sort by damage/armor mods :)
