Hi. Does NMM use BOSS? I think I've seen a few times it looks for some kind of masterlist, but wasn't looking at it long enough. If it doesn't do I have to download it separately?

did a quick search solved my problem, had to update catalyst drivers. thanks and sorry for wasting time.

one other thing is that when i go up close to the object the fluttering pixellation stops, but from far away its kinda messed up.

i started a fresh install of skyrim and i am noticing following pixels all around in the game when i move, I cannot attach screenshot because it is too big. Any information on what might be causing this or how to fix it would help greatly. My computer is a quad core 1 gb hd 6800 with 4gb of ram. specs are not a problem.

I have added a lot of mods, but I have found that some of the most mundane ones do not work and crash my savegame, while the most complex ones work no problem. I.E. Complex one: Better Dragons, warzones THEY will work others like Midas Magic, (the water mod by opticshooter, and new player built houses like the dragonlord manor cause the savegame to crash. What is the reason for this? Is it load order? is there something essential that I have not installed? What happens is that immediately upon loading the savegame exits to desktop. It will not allow me to start a newgame. Skyrim is updated to latest patch. comp specs are through the roof. I have not installed the SKSE because I thought it was not updated yet? is this correct?

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good mods that made archery a viable class ( so I'm looking for a mod that changes archery/melee but NOT Magic.) I have seen a few, but I was wondering what your personal preferences were towards.

Hi. I just installed the CD version of DAO Ultimate with all the 7 content packs included on a windows 7 operating system (64 bit). Where would I find the override folder? Because there is none in the documents area, and there is none in program files. Could someone please direct me to the location, thanks.

I thought that this might be a file problem. The game is installed on the C drive, but a lot of stuff is pointing to the D drive. So can someone please advise me about what to change? thanks.

Okay so here's what I did. I have 2 harddrives, C &D, I put Dragon Age on the c drive. Then I got the DAO modmanager. I added all the dazips to the dazip section under mods for DAO MODMANAGER. And then I put the overrides in the CORE folder of the game. When I started the game up through the modmanager, it says that "the system cannot find the file specified", is it looking somewhere else? I am running windows 7 64 bit. But I havent had this problem on my other computer that I have this setup on. I've taken a few screenshots so that you can see what I'm talking about more easily. 1. Where the Dazip files are stored 2. Where the Core Override files are stored 3. What it looks like when it has the error.

hmm...I do have an xbox gamepad plugged into the comp. Let me see if unplugging it will fix the problem. *Goes upstairs to check.

no; that's not it. It's just that my character will start taking really slow steps towards anything. Like one step in 15 seconds; really slow movement. And my character will also be unresponsive to the arrow keys.

Hello everyone. I am encountering a technical problem that occurs on startup of a savegame (even after quitting Oblivion) and it also happens inside Oblivion at seemingly random areas (usually in a merchant's shop). My character takes really slow steps that take forever to complete...my character is also pathed into the nearest wall. any ideas if there is a fix for this? I'm running vista. Thanks.

I added the mod by opening up obmm, clicking create, then add archive, and then added the file 'younger hotter npcs'. Then I activated it after obmm decomressed it. Isn't that supposed to be how its done? I will post the load order after I go home today.

Hi everyone. I use OBMM. I recently reinstalled oblivion and added a heap of new mods all at once so I haven't had a chance to go and examine every mod of mine. There is something that I've noticed that's a real immersion breaker for me, and I wanted to mention it to see if it's just because of a mod, or if it's because a mod is not working, or if this is just vanilla oblivion. Okay, here goes. At the fighting chance (and almost all NPC's in the Imperial City) look like they're old men/women but have the voices of 20 -30 year old people. I had installed the mod: younger hotter npc's in order to counteract this, but I've noticed no visible change to the characters. (All I did was install it by adding the archive and activating it). So am I not doing something important, or is this just my own imagination and that's the way it should be? Please help, I'm getting turned off from playing because everyone looks so ugly while I'm so beautiful (My ingame character I meant lol.).

Here is the mod order list minus the companion mods. I did this because even after removing the companion mods and the beauty pack the faces were black and some textures purplish. Please tell me if I need to change load order and where, thank you.

I dont use wrye bash...only obmm. is tthat okay if i adjust load order?

I'll try it again. I think i figured out the error. i have a feeling cobl's race additions might've been the cause for weirded characters. ill get back to you on it.
