i do see where your coming from, however my main thing im trying to avoid is alttabbing to check questlists and manually check through every box that ive completed thus far in my saves. especially annoying because i only have one monitor, thats why ive offered some money if anyones got the time and know how.

Also quick note from OP, if anyone is able to do this and is willing to put in the effort. I do not mind at all paying for your time and effort.

I'm looking for a full questlist to be added to oblivion that can be toggled with either a book or a misc item, this would read the data showing which quests are completed/started out of however many total quests there are. This would also show where you would obtain new quests you haven't done along with requirements and locations to start the quest. This would be super beneficial for players trying to 100% oblivion. If there is a mod like this already released please let me know (I already looked for an hour or so to no avail)
