Hi, i've got the exact same problem as you, reinstall everything (fresh reinstall of all my mod list ect) but the bug is still here, got the vanilla stairs and balocny inside clipping and i've found no solution I've also been having this problem. Installed everything as directed, built everything as ordered and reinstalled. Nothing, even went through the entirety of the comments on the nexus page, not one mention of this issue. Hope something comes up...
