    An easy enough fix on my part: Open Steam Go to your Library Right click on Fallout4, go to Properties Click on the Local Files tab Click Verify integrity of game cache, takes a few minutes (mine found an error and fixed it) Everything was fine when i went back in game I hope it works for you :)
