  1. I have to say, that if you feel that the Army is 'squishy' compared to the Marines, then maybe you could not hack the Army at all. I served in the Army, so did two of my three brothers; one, in fact, returned from Iraq just recently. I hope that this forum question does not try to pit branch against branch, because WE ALL are vital to the protection and stability of this nation. I chose the Army, not because it was easy or hard, but, I had to prove something to not just friends and family, but to myself. And I did, proudly. I give a big 'Oh-Rah!' to any and all who served. But please do not state something that you may not have any knowledge about. If you prefer one branch to another, fine. But I strongly request that no one denigrate one branch to prop up another. Gregory T. Watson, '86-'89, US Army, Delta 227th Avn Regt, Ft. Hood, TX.
  2. Thank you much, my friend. I can now go play in blissful joy, knowing that people like you can help out. Again, much thanks!!
  3. Here are my specs - AMD 4000 939 cpu/Asus A8V Deluxe mobo/2GB Kingston mem/PNY 9600GT 512MB video card/Creative Audigy2 ZS Platinum sound card/NEC DVD Burner/Enermax 450W power supply/Logitech X700 keyboard/mouse combo. Now my problem - When I set up the initial settings, the options section sets them at High Quality. I want to play the game on high textures, with at all possible, the small font on screen. When I play it now, the dialogue section takes up the bottom half of my screen due to the large letters. I thought if I set the textures at small, I would get small letters; what I got was lowered textures that blurred all the main graphics. I would like it if someone could explain how to have the letters smaller, have my textures on high quality, and still be able to have a good looking gaming experience. Thank you in advance.
