Unfortunately Bethesda doesn't understand consequences - if you look over at their forums, any attempt at discussion is drowned out immediately by people "defending" the company. This is likely why consequences play such a small part in their games.

New endorsement system is great. My memory is terrible, so oftentimes I simply forget to re-visit a mod page and endorse.
