Nevermind. I deleted the ENB presets, and that sky is gone. It's working.

I just bought and installed Fallout 3 GOTY, and added a ton of mods, and after escaping Vault 101, my Wasteland permanently, even during the daytime looks like this.http://i.imgur.com/l6rBnPd.jpg How do I fix this? Is there a bad mix of mods somewhere? My mod list is the following. I am also using Boris' default ENB Preset.
