The only reason I am posting this here is because I am not sure if the mentioned mod is the sole purpose of the problem or not and if this type of issue has been mentioned before or not. if it has can someone point me towards how it was solved. After a few objectives in the legacy of the dragonborn mod quest "shattered legacy", the sky was just green swirling clouds. After a while it just disappeared, but instead of the sky turning back to normal it stayed a blank black color. And neither of those worked. So I went into another character that I haven't completed the quest that I believe caused this problem and everything was normal. The different character has the same load order as the one with the problems.
