After doing a little research I found several sites that report this quest to be bugged. So what ever you do if you decide to have yourself arrested... Don't kill Madanach!!!!! Edit; I found a way round the bug by using the TCL command to get past the gate. Collected my gear and just walked out the front door. Quest completed. Bug huh? I let them arrest me. Did the quest so i could have a little personal one on one talk with Madanach. Pickpocketed a random prisoner for a shiv. Killed Madanach, looted his body. Found a note on him saying he had a key somewhere. Found the key. Went out of mine using Madanach's alternate tunnel route. Exited tunnel Thonar showed up, gave me my equpments and.... QUEST COMPLETED. plus i',m so going to kill Thonar in his sleep (if possible)

Yup... totally gone. Somebody had better danified it back in.

This along with the everything regen removal beucase this is not friggin CoD.

They seriously need to make nights darker.... like that mod they had for FNV...

Outside cities/towns... I pick the bodies up and throw them in the river... and watch them float away.... or sink.... sometimes.
