I'll take a look at it, it may just be a animated texture....which kind of limits the duration of any film (ie small loop). IIRC the end game slideshows were animated textures, and it may be a similar setup. Thank you guys for coming here. I haven't been able to get to far into far harbor due to work. If anything I want the insta scrap all feature that you mentioned. Plus to be able to transfer settlement builds like that would be super nice, I've spent 6+ hours working on starlight drive in, making it a huge fortress with all the bells and whistles.

Do you already have textures made for this weapon?

I love this idea, I don't know if modders haven't seen this yet or what. But I do believe something like this would take a lot of time and work, and would be a massive overhaul. However I'm sure once the CK comes out it would be a little easier and the hardest part would be getting someone motivated to do this project.

A surprisingly large amount of really old TV shows, commercials and movies (some from around the right time period) have been put in the public domain. I'd love to be able to get one of these working and be able to put some animated video on the TV sets or the drive-in screen. I absolutely love this idea. It's just going to be a difficult technical challenge. I took a picture of what this mod might look like. I don't know how to add it here for all to see.

With all the modded content I've seen so far I don't doubt that someone could do it. It's just a matter of motivation and time. But I was thinking if there was a way to put a video player into the game, and have the window that it plays in on the repaired starlight screen. That way you could have a folder that the movie player gets it's videos from. Also, I think it'd be hilarious if someone doing a mod showcase, used this mod to display the other mods on the screen. Kinda showing mods from a mod.

The Starlight Drive In seems a little lackluster. I was thinking, what if you could repair the screen, the projector, a few sound boxes and a car (or a chair to sit in) and actually watch a movie. I don't know if something like this could even be done as I'm not to proficient with programming or coding. But if such a thing could be done, I think it would be cool if there was a folder that had all the video files and you could select through them at the theater.
