  1. In oblivion all unkillable NPC's had the aim icon change to a crown when aiming at them so you don't beak stealth or commit a crime trying to kill an unkillable NPC. Does something like this exist for skyrim? It's really annoying when your playing a criminal character. "If I kill this one character I can steal everything, oh he's immortal, now I have a huge bounty, he's still watching me, and here come the guards"
  2. So after you add the tags in wyre bash, you then have to select them all, right click the tags, and select automatic. I found this purely by chance.
  3. Title. I made a mod using Xedit. ESM with ESL flag. It conflicts with several files so I wanted to bash patch it. It works, the game runs, it's enabled. But wyre bash won't list it in any of the menu's when the files conflict. I disable auto mode and manually add the file, make the bash, check xedit and it successfully merged the conflicts. Why won't it auto detect my mod? Do I need to do something to it to make the bash program notice it?
  4. I have several mods for NPC's, when I do a bash I end up with Imperial Soldiers having an inventory like: a MAX level healing potion, 2 regular healing potions, clothing, armor, amulets and rings, 2 bows with 30+ arrows, a crossbow + bolts, 3 1h melee weapons and a 2h melee. I'm playing with WARZONES that spawn 20+ of these guys so it completely breaks the economy of the game. I also have leveled lists for other weapons that are never showing up in anyones inventory even though they are the appropriate level, and I bashed them in the patch. I'm only bashing the level lists, Is there a way to stop it from combining the inventory's of NPC's? Some setting I'm missing or something?
  5. Title. If I install a mod like Immersive Weapons, all the weapons get added to the crafting list. Do weapons each individually have a "craftable/not craftable" variable or is there a list somewhere that contains everything the player can craft + requirements? If the list exists what's it called and can I edit it with SSEEdit?
  6. I never thought about that. I don't see why not. That makes sense. I just thought it was silly that the room's on fire, and also pitch black.
  7. You can put any kind of release of rights you want on your mod, up to and including fully releasing it into the public domain. Less restrictive is always permitted, when it's your own work. Thanks!
  8. Thanks I did not see the Permissions and Credits tab. So you can pretty much only upload stuff you make 100% yourself, or you have to get express permission form someone else to use there work is my takeaway. Are you allowed to post your own work under a GNU/MIT/or other free licence here?
  9. 1. Can you upload merged files you did not make? Example: Combining several peoples weapons packs into a single mod. 2. Can you upload fixed versions of mods you did not make? (I fixed an abandoned mod that did not work, not sure if I'm allowed to upload the fixed version or not) 3. How do mods like this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17653 fit into the rules? If I package a bunch of peoples mods together and make changes on top of all the mods it's a new mod? 4. If someone has made a mod that adds a feature to a game, are you prevented from uploading a mod that also adds the same feature but with other changes or features? I'm new to modding and use to the GNU/Free Software space so all these rules about not being allowed to use other peoples work are alien to me.
  10. I'm new to modding and I'd like to make bulk changes but I don't see a way to do it. Is there a way to do things like increase/Decrease the value of all items in the iron category by 5? There is a mod that makes all potions weightless and i'm wondering how they did it.
  11. Pic: https://imgur.com/a/u3QPbGm As you can see from the screenshot, fire magic hardly generates any light. It's just a fire texture in the darkness. I'm looking for a mod that will make the effects left by spells generate light like a light source. I want the entire room to light up when I shoot a fireball and stay lit up until the impact fire goes out. I've tried inferno but it does not add any light, just changes the fire texture. I'd like a mod that does this for lightning as well. Does anyone know a mod that does this?
