... I've already got the feel that I'm gonna regret doing this. One thing that I would absolutely love to have on Skyrim is a mod that brings Bolg from the Hobbit films into the game. Now I had made a post on the forum some while back asking if anyone would be interested in tackling on the task. However, I can't say that anyone showed any interest in tackling on the task. So, having become desperate, I've... Decided to come back to the forum to ask for help. I'd really love to see this character brought to life again in the world of Skyrim. But in order to do so, a mod must be made, obviously. But I've got no experience in anything relating to modding. I've never... Modelled(?) anything in my life. I've got no idea how to create textures, or meshes, or just anything. Again : I've got absolutely no experience in doing anything like this. Unless anyone would like an attempt to make one themselves, I would like to give it a try. But I desperately need help. What do I do? What do I need? How do I go about doing all of... This? I really afford anything that requires purchasing, if there are other programs required in the creation of mods. If there's anything free, and easy to use, and isn't attached to a trail, please feel free to direct me to it. Unless this is something of a lost cause for someone as inexperienced as myself? P.S: On the off-chance that I DO create this mod, would it be safe to upload it to the Nexus? I'm not gonna get attacked by, erm... "Copyright Monkeys," since this is a Tolkien character.

Got back to playing Morrowind again. Joined up with House Telvanni and have just moved up to the rank of Archmagister. I was only able to complete one quest for Baladas Demnevanni over at Gnisis(collect three books for him), and I've read that he was supposed to give another quest. Only he... Hasn't. I've tried looking around about it, but I haven't found anyone else with the same issue. Did I do something wrong?

I'd still REALLY love to have these two as playable characters in Skyrim. I would make them myself, but I've got no experience with modding. Pretty self explanatory, really. ^^ I'd really love for there to be a race - and not a recolor of the vanilla Orcs changing their skin from green to white - that allowed you to play as Azog and Bolg from The Hobbit film trilogy by Peter Jackson. As for their armor and weapons... Perhaps they could be looted from a barrel or chest - respawnable - in the first room of the Helgen Keep - whether you went with Hadvar or Ralof. Or just outside the cave, where you can finally go out and explore the world of Skyrim. Armor and Weapons will come in light/heavy variety - Light Armor for Azog/Bolg will include their armor from An Unexpected Journey and Desolation of Smaug. Heavy Armor for Azog/Bolg will be the armor they wore for Battle of the Five Armies. Please? I've seen a few mods with Thorin, but never the two Orc Antagonists. After replaying the game after watching those movies, I think'd it be really awesome to have those two in Skyrim. No, it's fine. I had a problem with a virus a while back which caused the controls for the game to be really bad. It has been fixed, and while the game is still laggy, it is playable. Thank you all for the help, but I cannot afford anything expensive. I'll play the game as it is.

It turned out that my computer was infected with a nasty virus. While the game is laggy, slowdown lessened and the controls are no longer sluggish. I'm sorry for seeming extremely cranky, and I do appreciate the help. But I can't afford any of the consoles/new computer, and I would not even know where to start when it comes to building a new computer. Getting Skyrim for the PC was my only choice because, as I mentioned, I don't have a PS3/Xbox and cannot afford one. I need the money for food, bills and a place to live. Again, I am very sorry if I seemed like a spoiled brat. If it is possible for a (cheap)video card to help reduce lag, then I will keep it in mind. However, money is very tight for me, plus the removal of the virus has somewhat improved Skyrim. Thank you for the help, and I apologize once again. :unsure:

Either buy or build myself a whole new computer!? No. That is asking way too much. The only reason I got it for christmas for the PC was because I lacked any other console(PS3, XBox-whateveryoucallit). Thanks for the help, but... No... Just... No. If there is anything out there that I can get without having to turn my computer into a frankenstein-monster(that is cheap), please, share. If not, then... Sweet Vivec! Not even PC Games can be enjoyed anymore... :facepalm:

A GTX 460 1gb would be perfect for you. Its cheap, but good in terms of graphical power. I bet you could get skyrim to run on high settings with about 30fps or perhaps a bit more. Unfortunately though if $100 is all you are willing to spend than I suggest you look elsewhere in graphical rendering. A good GTX 460 will cost about $150. Well, I would like to play on a higher quality. But for Skyrim, I'm pretty much stuck on the lowest settings possible-- and even then, it is still very laggy(especially when I am inside caves with special lighting/effects). How much am I willing to pay? Free... I'm not rich. I can't afford anything that is over a hundred dollers. As I said: I want to know if there is a video card out there that can allow an enjoyable performence that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. As for what I am currently running? Alright, so not too long ago, I posted a thread telling on how I've had some lag issues in Skyrim. Apparently my video card is too slow... Does anyone know where I can get a video card that has 512MB of RAM(and is Direct X9.0c compliant, if that is necesarry), and would it be cheap?

Even mid is giving me 30-50 fps... In other words I can't enjoy a christmas present without having to spend fifty hundred dollars for an upgraded video or graphics card? :facepalm:

Computer: Intel® Pentium® D CPU 2.80GHz 2,79 GHz, 3.00 GB or RAM Physical Address Extension I have no idea if that is the right thing or not... :-/ It seems to be the most laggy while inside buildings/places. I am also having a problem where these... I don't know how to describe it. It's like this still chameleon effect on the screen when there is nothing invisable in the area.

Well, so far it seemed to have worked. Still a bit laggy, but it seems to be a little bit better(even though moving the camera is still a bit... Slow) I don't know how to post my PC Specifications, and I'm trying not to download too many things as I had a problem with viruses not too long ago... :-/
