Anyone know if there's a way to get unlimited stamina in non-combat sections? My character stops running after like 6 steps and has to "recharge" invis stam bar.

Is there a way either through Papyrus or console to get a list of all active magic effects on a specific actor? The only thing I could find is .HasMagicEffect(), which only tells you if a specific effect is present. I see references to "Active Effect 7" and such on a specific actor, but no way to tell what effect that is.
