  1. Not sure what you're trying to accomplish here?
  2. Yes I'm completely aware that many overwrites are just preferece, however, I'm installing Vivid Landscapes - Non ENB patch.. which confusingly wants to overwrite Vivid Landscapes - ELFX patch.. in this instance, which should overwrite which? I just wouldn't know. Additionally after I install Realistic Water Two, which is recommended afterwards.. however, it wants to overwrite Vivid Landscapes - Non ENB patch also... so I'm unsure of what to do?
  3. Hello, Following an example of mods and their installation order (such as the installation example order provided on RealVision ENB's mod) .. would it be safe to assume, and as a general rule of thumb, that you should always select yes to overwriting anything it asks to? I know from many of the mods they actually say to do so, but if they don't provide the information is it a good rule of thumb to follow?
  4. Haven't tried that version, shall give it a pop! If there weren't a summer version, would you still choose the regular or other ones?
  5. Hello, I'm not trying to bash on this mod whatsoever and I'm sure many people love it... but at the moment I'm trying to get a collection of all the best texture, mesh, etc. mods to really visually enhance the game. I was really excited to have Flora Overhaul installed as I felt it would make a big difference. However, after installing I felt it actually looked worse? Yes, denser grass was nice, but the mixture and details of the grass were awful in my opinion, and even replaced tree bark textures with much worse ones. In addition to the really tall purple flora looking awful too.. I thought it just ruined the landscape for me? I uninstalled and went back to the original with a sigh of relief.. Does anyone else think similarly upon this mod, or is it just me?
  6. Hello, I'm just wondering whether this is normal or whether some installations haven't been applied properly? Basically there's just inconsistencies in textures when walking around, despite having mods enhance lots of the textures (which still work great) I have all the normal ones (Skyrim 2K, SMIM, etc.) An example of this is that I had HD Rocks mod installed.. which definitely improve a lot of the rocks, but some around the land don't seem too great. Here is a picture of what I mean (not referring to the rock mod however).. as you can see the steps look pretty good, but the side of the steps is just not quite there. Is this just something that everyone will have? Many thanks.
  7. Hello, Really appreciate anyone taking the time to read and help me. I realise that what I'm asking may sound stupid to many of you! Essentially it would just be nice for someone to provide a general rule of thumb on install order for texture mods, and perhaps lighting? After downloading SMIM, I used the instructions as a basis to install my other texture mods, as it gave guidance. If for example I download and install Skyrim 2K Textures, would it be reasonable to assume that all other small texture mods, such as Superior Rock Textures, Quality Snow, Detailed Rugs, etc. should always be installed after? It would seem sensible as they're mods specifically enhancing those elements? Also, there are SO many texture mods it's hard to know which ones to use. For example Ruins Cluttered and Vivid Landscapes - Dungeons.. how exactly can you tell how much one is improving the other and can be absolutely sure which order to best do it? Many thanks in advance.
