i dont know how to work with those mods, can somebody pls help me

I dont know where to find those files :/ and the path ends at character>animation i executed that file. it did not help :/

Got 2 .exe files in that folder 1. GenerateFNISforUsers.exe 2. hkxcmd.exe which one should i execute?

dont know what that is, do you mean the FNIS mod?

Hey guys! I recently bought skyrim during the winter sale and went on to install the most common texture mods, enb, etc. But since then I got this weird walking bug that my character won't walk fluently http://goo.gl/mc3Ta6 and Fraps tells me, that my Framerate is locked at 30 Fps while playin.
