A little bump up.

Recently, I've installed ELFX for better lighting in Skyrim, but whenever I walk into Dragonsreach, interior cells does not load properly. The game only load and present the cell that I'm currently standing in until I move to the other cell (Moving from main hall to the wizard room removing the last loaded cell and load in the new cell) The problem is that it's only happening in Dragonsreach, not anywhere else.
