I have found MSMQ missing in the set up on two machines now. After installing it properly all sorts of little problems disappeared. It's amazing how the installation of the OS of another machine with Vista took more than a few minutes just to install it correctly. Once it was installed though, and I added that tweak I found to reduce TCPIP latency, even the Vista OS loaded faster when booted up from a cold start. :- ) It effects more then just the Internet latency problem. o.O Now a...
