I've been trying to fix my Skyrim SE's frame rate hiccups, during which process I've used several save/script cleaners and NIF scanners/healers. After I was done trying everything out there, I loaded my current save and this abomination came to greet me. Tracking down the black shapes, I've found out they're connected to the faces (eyes?) of vanilla NPCs (as opposed to modded NPCs, like the Interesting NPCs I have). Disable the problematic NPC will make the shape connected to them disappear. Problem is, it's every single vanilla NPC out there. So it's obvious I messed up my game somehow, and I have a feeling it has something to do with the NIF healers. How do I fix it? Mod load order Things I've tried:

Still get the freezing problems. Still very random.

I had the freezing issues before 3DNPC and Keep It Clean, so I don't believe they are the main issues... I did everything else, though, and the game CTD when i tried to fast travel to Lakeview Manor. However, it was an old save, and I will try to start a new one later. I don't have any followers, ever. I dislike company :smile: The only reason I have this mod to make people follow me into specific places and leave them there.

My game freezes completely randomly, not near any specific place or cell. Completely random. If I try to wait it out, the music and sounds keep playing until they reach the end of the loop, after which nothing happens. I can only see the desktop by using CTRL + Alt + Delete, but even then, my computer won't react and I have to exit from the user to prompt Windows to ask me if I want to close the necessary programs. I have SKSE64, I use Nexus Mod Manager (not Vortex), and LOOT. My specs: My load order:

I'm trying to make a new consumable and I want to attach a custom visual effect to it, one that attaches to the player camera, like when you consume skooma or activate night vision. I already have everything else ready, I just lack the visual effect, and I couldn't find any tutorials about what I specifically need. how do I create a camera-attached visual effect? and which programs do I need for it?

so i started playing as a khajiit, and everything was fine, but then she turned into a vampire. when she contracted the disease i put on a face cover from a mod, and after a few days of playing (when she was already a full vampire) i took the face cover off and it revealed that she has some distorted sorta face... i know this isnt what is supposed to look like...
