  1. Hey all, I am having issues with sound replacer mods for weapons. They don't seem to be working at all, I have tried installing with NMM and manually but they still do not work. I have made the INI changes needed for Fallout4Custom and Fallout4Prefs. I am using F4SE. All other mods seem to work fine (even other sound replacers such as Clickerfied Ghouls) although I am unsure if Reverb and Ambience Overhaul is working correctly. I have tried uninstalling every mod and only installing a sound weapon mod replacer but that still does not work (the one I am trying to use is Commonwealth Warefare - Realstic Gun Sounds and Bullet Cracks). I have reinstalled Fallout 4 and NMM but that hasn't helped. Last time I modded Fallout 4 I did not have this issue (although that was on a different computer). I've been googling this issue for past few days but still couldn't fix this problem. What am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Edit: It seems P.A.M.S sound replacer is not working either. I have tried using the utility BethINI but that hasn't fixed it either. Edit 2: Ok for some reason some sound replacers work (P.A.M.S Hydraulic works) although they sound a lot quieter than they should. I have done a full reinstall of fallout 4 again and now using MO2. Other mods are installing fine, still some sound replacers are not working and those that do sound too quiet. Final Edit: So I have managed to fix this issue - if anyone else if having this problem here is what I did to fix it. Fresh reinstall of Fallout 4, then only use Mod Organiser 2. For some reason for me, neither NMM or manual install of sound files were working. After messing around with MO2 and its load order I got the sound replacers to work. Hope that helps someone!

  3. Right i have had another look at the ID forms but still none match up, can someone please help me ^^ I extracted all the face textures from the bsa and i opened up the cs, i then expanded the ID form tab and try to search for an ID that matched one of the textures in the bsa but i can't find any that do match >.< am i doing something wrong?
  4. Really i have but i still can't find any IDs that match up to the Form ID for any NPC... I even tryed the one they used (martin) and i could not find it.
  5. All vanilla NPCs have their own special face texture. I'm not kidding. If you extract the textures bsa, and look under character.. there is a subfolder in there, can't think of the actual folder name, it should be obvious which folder it is as it contains like many hundreds of npc face maps. I think it is characters\faces or something. in there you will see the npcs form ID as the textures name... I can't remember what the textures actually are either, I would class them as detail or age maps. So even if you replace the vanilla head nif, and the textures, and do a full replacer for vanilla NPCs, there is still the issue of this special detail map rendering in game. .... quick search and possible relevant info: http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/29731-editing-face-textures-on-npcs/page__st__10 Thank you but i have a problem, i can't find ANY textures that are listed in the Form ID. Example, i was trying to find Abhuki (first NPC in the list) texture; so i expend the Form ID and hers is 000389B8, i extracted all the face textures from the bsa but i could not find one that matched this code. What am i doing wrong >.< i also tryed it with other NPCs and i just can't find any that fit the code.
  6. As i am a novice at all of this what do you guys suggest i do? is there any tutorials i could start reading to educate myself with UV maps and how to change them?
  7. But why? surely the textures that come with the custom race should line up? or am i missing something?
  8. No the bug does also happen in game and there are huge problems script wise by copying the NPC; believe me i acutally started to rescript all NPC's script and it was insane! Oh and i get a crash when i go to the "face" tab first then to the "face advance" any fixs for that?
  9. Thanks for the reply but surely the custom races do have the correct UV map? and why would it only affect edited NPCs and not new ones?
  10. Hi everyone :D I am still having the problem where if i edit an NPC with a custom race with head mesh06 then i get misaligned texutes, however if i create a new NPC then i don't get these problems. The only problem is my project is all about changing NPCs :/ here are some pics: http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/8973/newnpc.jpg This is when i create an NPC http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/2527/editnpc.jpg And this is when i edit an NPC As you can see it is a huge problem which i have been searching for answers. If anyone has any ideas please post them here as toy could help save my project ^^
  11. Hi all :) I wanted to ask does anyone know who and where the author of the twilight elves? If the author has gone does anyone know why? and does anyone know if they stopped the re uploading of the mod? I am asking about this as one my mod depends on the race mod and it is very time consuming to have to send the mod, in 5 sections, to everyone who needs it.
  12. thanks for the time finding that idle for me Shaun, appreciated.
  13. Hi Nazgul, you need anything?
