It is finished with the help of you and the page you listed. But yeah it did leave me feeling a little letdown that one of the NPC's did not end up where he should of after taking the path I did in the quest line. But he was not someone I could have in a settlement so I will get over it. Thanks again.

IT said quest started and everything, but nothing happens when I go into the area the quest takes place they just sit there and 2 out of 3 characters eventually walk away. I was wondering if I complete all the stages of the quest using console commands, if the NPC's would react like they are suppose to and be doing what they would be doing if I did it the natural way? OR of recycleactor works like it says.

I made a bat file for resetting my quest in question. ResetQuest 00022a04 ReloadScript MS13 ClearQuestAliases 00022a04 SetQuestAliases 00022a04 (Diamond City Blues quest) My characters just stand around. What do I do to fully reset the quest AND the NPC's involved. I have tried the following with the NPC's resetai disable enable Nothing happens disable resetai enable Nothing happens I would like an option that does nto require Tes5Edit or other technical things just console commands if possible.

That helped, but I am going to put the settings back and disable all my mods then one by one enable them to satisfy myself that it was not a mod that was the culprit who changed the setting. Thanks again, I never even thought about the .ini file I was too busy blaming the mods :wink:

(I know it is little to go on) but, I either installed a mod or changed settings a while back and thought I could live with it, but I cannot... The sun reflection on the ground in my fallout 4 game is like looking into a light bulb, anyone know how to fix it or what mod causes that to happen?

Have you tried disabling any remove fog or scrap mods? They made the walls and floor invisible for me. It might help you. It sounds like it may be a distant object or scene loading problem as when you walk closer to the door area it freezes. (Probably when objects load at their set load distance and a mod may be interfering).

My Specs: Acer Aspire V3-772g Nvidia GT 750M i7- 4th generation 12gb ram Windows 8.1 Home x64 I used Iobit Driver Booster to update drivers and manually updated video card through Nvidia. I open the SKyrim launcher and go to options and have no Nvidia Card option. I hear you can use the nvidia control panel on global settings to have it affect your intel video... Is this true?

I am probably the only one, but I would love to know if anyone has the ability to make a mod that can remove trees and/or the grass or better yet a simple line I could add to the ini file(s)?

Sorry to bump a thread that is a year old, but this is the only place on the web I have actualy found the same problem I have.. Only difference is I have gotten to the point where it tells me to learn the bend will shout as a quest and then after I do so, it says completed and then my quest is to read the book again... So I read the book once again which takes me to Miraak and my quest to read the book never says completed and I am stuck fighting Miraak over and over and over.... I have tried killing the dragons before he goes to ethereal form, I have tried letting him kill the dragons when I bend there will, I have even let him kill the dragons while I am riding them. I have used my hands and took forever to bring his life down. I have tried using my Nordic bow that I have crafted so high I almost take his health in two or three hits. I played Skyrim so much and completed all available quests to get this high and tuff I am way over level 100 and all my perks are at level 100 and the perks on them are all at 100 some are over and green color due to what I am wearing and such, but anyways someone had said on another forum that I could use the console to get the quest to activate?... I found out the console is the tilde key and that you apparently can type quests in to complete them so how would I do that cause I am not starting over.
