For the suit, go to a youtube video about Grey Fox in Skyrim, and look in the comments, there should be a link to some Japanese website with the download on it. You cannot use NMM with it, so look up how to do it online if you don't know already. There is a high frequency blade mod, as well, but I can't remember where I saw it, sorry. For speed, you can use the console command= player.setav speedmult --- (Enter a number instead of dashes. 100 is normal speed, any bigger number is faster. Don't go beyond 500, or you can't go back to normal again.) Once you enter this, start sprinting to see it's effects. If it has any armor rating at all, then there's your reduced damage.
