I LOVE this mod, but i dont exactly like the mountains rising out of mournhold. does this come from this mod, or vibrant morrowind?

OK, this is awesome. only one problem... does this conflict with tribunal? beacause i'm gettin moutains in the middle of mournhold, and i dont really know why. so if you would be so kind as to fix this...

Is anyone making a Frost Atronach playable race? With, like, +15 to hand-to-hand? Because that would be awesome. :D
