what if i didn't complete quest after killed him? i think i have a save from that point but not before killing him. i mean i still have to talk with small bertha in that save game and quest was still active.

i really dont know why we have setstage, resetquest and startquest commands because they are not working. i am stuck with the far harbor quest "Turn Back the Fog". i took money from the cannibal and killed him but stupid game considers you betrayed small bertha. i want to change this but i already completed quest so i need to do it again. any thoughts?

yeah downloaded most popular mods but none of them has stairs railings. kinda epic fail for me.

this. i always thought in this way... the thing i didn't get, the internet has billions of topics about "how can i get quest items in console" etc. and since there is no possible way to get them via additem command why none of them ever indicated this in their topics? i mean what is the point opening this threads and not exposing that you don't get them by console? thanks the answers btw. because that items you get in normal way not console. the whole point is this. adding items via console doesn't work. why am i asking this because i started the new game for just playing dawnguard and dragonborn dlcs. installed alternate start mod just because i don't want to do other quests which i did billions of times in old playthroughs. but since i need to get dragon elder scroll for dawnguard quest and not want to do that quest again just wanted to get that item via console for getting rid of the quest.

i see, i will give a try when i got another similar quest. thanks... btw if i drop quest item -which obtained via console command- from my inventory and take it from the ground it still doesn't work. but didn't try it with your method yet.

hi, i haven't seen anything about this problem on all over the internet. the problem is lets say i need a quest item lets say it is a book "unknown book vol I" from dawnguard dlc. if i obtain it from console command as "player.additem 0201a3e0 1" i get the book but it isn't counted as quest item so when i try to sell them to orc in college this book can't be sold. rest of them which i got them in normal ways counts but this one is not. so what is the problem with this? everyone asked similar questions on all over internet but looks like i am the only one having this problem... i mean there is no way to complete quests via getting items by console commands except setstage. (it adds real quest items) and my quest is not a quest so there is no stages at all.

hi you know bethesda is an idiot corporation and outside of US no one can type quote marks in console since open/close console key is exact same key with quote marks key. so when i googled it only found that i can change those hex commands to another key. but there is a problem i don't have controlmap.txt file in "skyrim se\Interface\controls\pc" even controls folder is not exist. so i don't understand how people can find or have it?

i simply deleted skyrim and installed it on different path and after that sseedit didn't find the files. and there is no option in sseedit for locating skyrim install path i guess. so since there is no uninstall option for sseedit how can we delete all of its files and registrers?

how can i spawn a quest item? i got those quest books via console command but the journey didn't accep them. i mean it had showed i didn't have any of them. i mean you need to get those books from their original places because copies of those books don't count/work. also i forgot to say that i tried resetquest command too. i think i need to wait sse version of this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/26660/ wish someone port it quickly...

hi, i broke some quests when i tried to complete "fetch me book" *aka the most idiotic radiant quest* after bringing same books over and over again for gaining access to orc strongholds. in the end i didn't gain any access to those strongholds. after a while i realised that some book quests still were being showed in the journal and can't clickable. simply you can't select these quests... i tried: - completequest mgr20 - completequest mgr20b - resetquest mgr20 - resetquest mgr20b - setstage mgr20 (0 10 20 200) - setstage mgr20b (0 10 20 200) - setobjectivecompleted mgr20 0 0 (10 0 - 20 0 - 200 0) - setobjectivecompleted mgr20b 0 0 (10 0 - 20 0 - 200 0) these commands and nothing happened. they are still apperaing in my quest tab and not clickable. also i got those books via console commands but nothing happened too. plus i can't go back previous saves because i played more than 15 hours after that. i think the only chance is editing/cleaning save file from outside of game. any help?

same here. original skyrim i didn't have any troubles but this f***ing sse causes lots of troubles. i can't enter some caves like this one. cleaning masters and save files or unchecking mods don't solve this problem. dont try to advice.

i did all of these suggestions and nothing changed. same advices given to me when i tried to remove immersive armos but after removing i got naked dremora lords in the game. - fallrim tools - cleaning masters tesv edit or sseedit. are worthless tools. don't bother yourselves for how to figure out these programs for hours. in the end you get nothing but the feeling "oh i cleaned all of my saves master finally. oh DAEDRE'S SAKE! i am too happy so i can die now peacefully" tl:dr these programs are for psychology thing, to fell you better nothing more. they solve nothing. i tried everything and still getting ctd in certain caves and still getting naked dremora lord. so here my advice, try not to enter those caves if the caves have another levels. (teleport yourself to another level) just type console coc "place id". place IDs can be found here: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_(Skyrim)/Locations and for naked dremora, i didn't uninstall it because i couldn't at all. just disable everything comes with immersive armors in the game. open immersive armors settings and disable everything and continue to play. thankfully i don't get naked dremora lord anymore as well as the disgusting childish red version comes with the immersive armor mod.
