EDIT: SOLVED some times when using the scanner the character lowers the weapon and keep it lowered after exiting the scanner, also there is a mod called "Always First Equip" that has an option to lower the weapon it's called "IdleBreak". hey, is there a mod to lower weapon like in this screenshot?
