So, no suggestions?

I just wanted to ask if there are mods for morrowind, tribunal and bloodmoon than enhance the characters looks(basically making acceptable faces since the games original are very ugly) I have louis beauty shop, but it only works with player character. Is there any mods that changes npcs too?
