I'm running a Acer Aspire notebook/laptop that I bought Fallout 4 on, and for some reason I'm lagging so hard, that I can't even get passed the intro scene. Why is this? Here's some details on my information that may be helpful: I can run GTA V just fine on this PC with no low FPS at all or anything. Any ideas?

I just downloaded a preset race mod, and I got 3 .slot files. How and where do I use them?

bump.. I'm sure someone knows the issue.

I tried downloading 2 save games that were for Xbox, but there's a trick to apparently use them on PC if you open them with Horizon and extract the .dat file and rename it to .ess. But when I go to load the game in the skyrim menu, it says it's outdated and apparently says something the current version is 9 and the save is 0 or something. I really need a god save for my PC but this isn't working. Please help.
