Hello there. I just started playing old New Vegas again. But, It seems I'm having an issue with constant crashing. I'm not quite sure what is causing it. I figure, It's either a Load order problem, Or one of the many other things that can go wrong with the game. This post is just to try and narrow it down a bit. Mainly to see if it's the load order, Since that's what it usually is. So, here's the load order. Poco Bueno, Wasteland Flora Overhaul - Fertile, and MG's Neat Clutter Retextures. I should note, That when I turned my graphics down, It ran longer without crashing. I don't quite know why it does that, Since it runs exactly the same from low to Ultra. It might have just bin luck, Since it crashes at random intervals every time, But it's worth noting. I'v run it through a few things like BOSS, and screwed around with the load order myself, But still no luck. Hopefully I'm just completely missing a problem with the load order. Well, I guess that's it. If anyone knows whether it is the load order that's causing the problem, or if the load order is fine, Let me know. Any help is appreciated.

Really I just kind of feel bad for the him. Kind of just wanted to kill him quick since he is pretty much stuck there. No point to make him suffer. I don't know. Just feel bad about it.

This is going to seem random. Because it is. Very random. Apparently theres a bug stuck in my throat. Why am I bringing this up here? Because it seems there is nothing on how to actually remove the little guy from my throat. Think someone suggested swollowing hydrogen peroxide. Because that warrning on the bottle saying never ingest is for fun, Right? Anyway, Let's get to the point. Dose anyone know something that will kill the Bug, but not me? Already tried food, alcohol, and very hot water. Even hot salt water. He's a persistent little bastard I'll give him that. I'm out of ideas at this point. I really don't want to go to a doctor for something this stupid, But I can't think of anything. Mabey some of you guys can give a little help with this one. If you can give a link to something that can help me, That works too. Google isn't helping me on this one though, So don't count on that. Well, That's it I guess. I appreciate any help you guys try to give. I swear if I die from this... Certainly a differant way to die, Isn't it?

I think that fixed it. Haven't crashed yet. Even fixed the crashing when loading after death. Not sure if it's IWS itself or just the fact that there are less mods that did it. Either way it works. Thanks for the help.

It's bin a while since I'v played New Vegas. Decided to wait until the game stopped getting official updates and the mods got more refined. Problem is, I "may" have waited a bit to long as I can barley remember the more complex things that have to do with mods and the like. I'm not quite sure why I keep getting CTD's, But I'm thinking it's the load order. The game starts just fine, and plays fine aswell. But as I continue playing on a save, I get CTD's more and more often, eventualy until it's every few minutes. That seems like it would be a Load Order or Conflict issue, But it looks fine to me. Then again I haven't done this in a while, So I'm probably wrong. Figured I'd ask people who actualy know what they are talking about. Well, Here's the load order. The only other thing I can think of is I have too many Mods. I know other people have more and it works fine, But if I remember correctly New Vegas has a practical max of about 140. Well, after a little break from New Vegas, I tried playing again, But decieded to update my mods and utilities. After I try to launch the game, It crashes about the time the first slide before the main menu. I looked at the load order report, and screwed around with it to no help. After that though, I noticed something odd. FOMM isn't detecting NVSE. So I thought, "Woops, I forgot to update that with the mods an FOMM." Thinking It was a stupid mistake. After reinstalling NVSE amultiple times, Different versions, and everything you could think of, I noticed FOMM is also not detecting random .esm files. Saying Dead Money and other various things are not loading, When I know they are activated, and worked perfectly before.... Well, as perfect as New Vegas can run that is... I'm just a little stumped here. I admit, I could be a mod conflict, or even my instal got screwed somehow. I just want to know if this is a know bug, Or issue, Or something like that, Which would be fixable in someway. I just figured I'd try and find out a solution since there isn't anything I can find to help me that I can find. I'd rather not do a total reinstal... I'd need to download all the mods again, and it's just a pain. So, anyone here know whats wrong? If it's a bug.. Or did I screw up? Anything that you know would be helpful. I just got both DLC's, and didn't even get to finish Dead Money yet, and havn't started Honest Hearts.... Well, I guess I'll see what happens. Can't really do much but wait can I? I just thought of something, How come this never happened to me in Oblivion? Granted NV is newer and probably more complex, But I never saw this with mod armor in Oblivion. This just can't be simple... Ah well, No sense complaining about it... Before I forget, I was looking in the GECK, and noticed that if I go to a armor and open the Bipedal Model, Theres a list of all these things, Some of which say Upperbody. Is that where I can set the path? Cause if it is... I don't know why I didn't think of that sooner...

I'm using Breezes for males. Always thought it was odd that in a world like fallout, Somehow every single human has underwear... Anyway, I would prefer to know how to do this for future needs. Like if I make my own armor or something. Is there a tutorial somewhere? Why do I keep thinking this is actualy a verry simple thing to do, But I just don't realize it yet...

I'm going to be honest... I have no idea how do do that. My ability with the GECK is.. Limited. It's not bad, But I only know a few things. What I know, I know wwell, But I don't know much about more complex things. I hate to be a pain, But could you give some explination on how to do that? I just need the basics, and I should be able to figure it out from there.

Well, I look around for awhile, But found nothing on it... With my luck there is and I just missed it, But might as well give asking a try. I have armor adding mods(Like TG's and Tailor Maid), and used them for a while. Later on I got body replacers, Now when I use a armor with exposed skin, The skin is all mixed and mached. Gray here, noraml there, and whatever the hell that is over there. Kinda ruins the armor. I was wondering if there is a way too fix this, Possibly in the GECK or something. It has to be fixable.... I mean, Stock armor is. I know it dose this on males.... Can't say for females, Havn't really put these armors on one since i noticed it. I'm not the best with the GECK, But I know it's probably a texture path or something of the kind. If anyone can help, It would be appreciated. It's annoying the hell out of me...
