  1. Great! What size do you want these textures as? Currently they are 2K textures. I can create 1k, .5k etc, etc. Then I will send you all of the files (with the modified nif) you need to put it in game. I will leave the GECK stuff to you however!

  6. Hi - I would really advise that you start this project yourself (you can easily google GECK tutorials for building vaults) :) Once you have the base of the vault, I believe people will be more willing to help you figure out the more complex parts.
  7. Right - I can do a few mock up textures and post them here when I am done - it should only take an hour or two. I take it you mean this metal box? What we can do is figure out a texture design you like for the base of the box, and then we can create varients with any graffiti / logo / text / signs / etc. on them.

  9. You can load different mod presets by using ModOrganizer (if I'm not mistaken).

  11. I like the idea of this - would add another (arguably overkill) element of immersion that would be really cool to try. I'm in no way experienced in scripting, so I can't really offer anything but support for this concept.
  12. I'm working on the Ranger Armor right now - would you like a full retexture? Or just the jeans? I'll focus on the jeans for now, and do the rest if I get bored. That way, if you want it later, you can have the entire armor retextured. I'll check in on this thread for a response from Ubiytsa to move forward on the gauntlets.

  15. Is it possible to create a mod that allows the engine to display from more than four light sources (what I believe to be the current maximum) at one time? For example, you might get cast shadows from a few light sources, and then there will be another one that will not produce shadows (preventing a realistic lighting experience).
  16. Hi all, I'd first like to preface this thread with the fact that I was conflicted on whether or not this would belong in general modding or requests. . . for now, it's going here! If this is the wrong place, please notify me via PM and I can remove the thread. I don't want to install ENBs, graphic mods, etc. but I'm looking to release a weapon mod with some high quality pictures of it in-game. Here are some renders from marmoset. If anyone would be willing to take a couple of images of it (~10) and allow me to use those in the initial release, I would be very grateful! You would obviously get credit for the images. Background: So about two years ago, I started modeling and releasing weapons on the Nexus. Most of them are pretty shitty compared to what I'm making currently, but I've been really into re-creating weapons from the original Dark Cloud and Dark Cloud 2 PS2 games. A lot of requests were made to have my weapons a little more 'lore friendly', as in not looking like something ripped straight from a cartoon. That is what I have attempted here. Hi all, I've recently gotten back into Fallout 3 and really only have one problem. . . though there are many good retextures of the Fallout 3 world, miscellaneous items, weapons, meds, etc. there seems to be missing an all-inclusive clothing / armor retexture. This is where I'm joining the show. So far, I'm about half-way through my first retexture, the standard Power Armor suit. Below is a screenshot of the retexture. I'm looking for people who would be willing to play-test these textures in order to check for authenticity regarding dirt spots, scratches, tears, etc. I want this pack to be as realistic looking as possible, so if there's anything that appears out of place, or that "Hey, there couldn't be a scratch there!" I would love it if it was pointed out. If you're interested in helping out with this project (and even contributing!!) let me know.   18. I remember having an issue like this (in Fallout New Vegas). Sometimes certain textures simply wouldn't load, and they would be displayed as black because of the memory limit. It just simply couldn't load all the textures. Now, at the time I did have a few high-intensity texture mods installed, so I figured I was just overloading the system a bit, but using some of the 4GB enabler / limit fixes I managed to resolve the issue.   19. So I'm sort of passing on a project to another member, but in order to add them to my file authors list, I need to have their Nexus User ID number. Can anyone explain to me how this is found?
  20. For some reason, whenever I export in the 3ds or .obj format so that I can import these files into nifskope, the uv data is lost. In the UV Sets tab, then UV, the UV coords are all 000,000, meaning that it's not picking up any of the UV data. Does anyone know any fixes to this?
  21. Yeah, I had a similar problem when creating a dungeon. I placed about 10 torches in a hallway, but only a few of them would render at a time, leaving the rest of the hall dark.
  22. I'm looking for a mod that can overhaul the karma system. Like, if I steal something without someone knowing, I won't lose Karma. If I kill someone in the middle of the desert, with no one around to see, I can't lose karma for that faction because no one knows who killed them. Basically, I can only lose karma if I'm caught doing something, or if it's something of such magnitude that news would travel and I would get known for doing some kind of good / bad deed.
