Anyone knows the game called Receiver? http://www.wolfire.com/receiver In this simples game, you have almost full control of the gun mechanisms (demo at 0:27): Question is: Do you guys think it's possible to make something like this on FNV? Like controlling the guns parts, manually reload a magazine, etc? The steps I think need to be done: Bind keys to each action Lke take out magazine, insert round, re-insert magazine, pull the slide Each gun might work diferent, I don't know in which ways yet, Isolate the many animations that FNV has (I don't know if this is possible) Since people creates new weapons, I think it's at least possible to make new charater animations In FNV, when a gun is at very low condition, sometimes it hangs and the character re do some animations (to reload, re insert magazines, etc), so I think it's possible to have isolated animations Script (??) the effects of every actionDisablig auto reloadMake a round spawn if you pull the slide with a round in the chamberI think it would be not so hard, but add depth to gun simulation.
