    Ah, sorry, I didn't mention that I tried this :( I reactivated the mod but still couldn't start.

    So I am a pretty experienced Fallout player and Mod user, but I messed up this time. I was trying out 'the british invasion' mod; wearing the new armour, but I decided I did't like it. So instead of removing the armour, I just turned off the game and uninstalled it; Via FOMM. Now, whenever I try to launch F3, it instantly crahses to desktop saying " Fallout 3 has stopped working". I know I messed up, but please help me out, I dont know how to fix this. :(
