  1. Another thing to note in relation to this issue is that when I install weapon mods, the weapon and its effects are loaded into the game, but the actual model for it is not, so I'm just left with an empty hand
  2. It's installed it to "X:\Programs\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data". (I have two drives, "C" and "X", C is used for the OS while "X" is used for everything else.) And yeah, I checked to see whether the modded textures had been installed by deactivating the mod in NMM then checking the "data" folder. The texture folder had disappeared (game still ran fine), when I re-activated the mod the "texture" file re-appeared again, but still no luck when I started up the game despite the folder clearly being in the right place. No idea why this isn't working PC info: CPU: i5-4690 GPU: Nvidia GTX 770 RAM: 8GB DDR3 SSD (C:\): 60GB HD (X:\): 2TB (this drive has steam + plus games and all other user data) OS: Windows 8.1 Skyrim version: 1.9 .32.0.8
  3. Hello everyone, I recently installed the Skyrim 2k HD texture mod to improve the look of vanilla Skyrim. I used Nexus Mod manager just to be safe. After downloading and installing all of the files I double checked to see if they had all been installed in the "data" folder, they had been successfully installed, so I started up Skyrim. Unfortunately none of the textures have been loaded into the game and the same old boring Skyrim textures are still being displayed. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this working? I'm using Skyrim Legendary ed, updated to the newest version, purchased through Steam. Things I have tried: -putting bLoadLooseFiles=1 into Skyrimprefs.ini -raising all graphics settings to max in nvidia control panel and in the game's options -running the game through the skse loader -running the game with no dlc PS: I have had problems with every single other mod I have tried to install too, e.g. the Dual Sheath Redux mod refused to work anything despite the messages in the top left corner saying it was working when I loaded up Skyrim.
