Retexture or possible standalone of the elders battle coat to the iconic Adam Jensen futuristic slick black trench coat. For high res detail possibly add in the floral pattern.

I would love to walk around Boston in the classic leather armor design of fallout 3. Or use the assault rifles of fallout 3 on some ghouls in fallout 4. They could each be separate standalone files and mods in the weapons and armor section but I would love to see modders bring some of those main fallout 3 weapon and armor files into Fallout 4.

With Star Wars 7 on the horizon I think Han Solo's iconic blaster would make a great weapon in fallout 4. Have it be a laser pistol standalone weapon. It doesn't seem impossible to make. Maybe mod a couple of pistol bases, add a scope, tweak the barrel and what not. I'll leave it to you pros though. :)
