Depends on what version of the game you downloaded, if its a steam versoin, non steam version you downloaded, store brough disk, downloaded disk, ect on how you can go about it.

Games Library, right click your NV icon and properties, then local files tab, verify intergrity.

varify your install with steam.

You proberly used a mod ling lings coffers which changed the hair and turned off, then the game loads the default hair which is the short one, try a new game and see if the problem is still there.

Something is proberbly corrupt, est bet is to verify your instalation with steam. In your games library list, right click your NV icon an proteries, then goto local files tab and press verifty integraty of game cache.

We know very little of the min system requirements if anything yet, but the memory amount maybe slightly low and CPU on the lower end of the requirements at a guess, so would proberly run it, just dont expect max bling.

Sorry to break it to you but thats the old (and only, minus clips in interviews) gameplay trailer.

All versions of New vegas use steam, including the disk store brought version.

The sites are not linked. The editors of sites like that tend to go and get mods to upload because they think they should, mostly not even bothering to read the readme /permissions ect ect :/

TBH your better off reinstalling after removing Nehrim if your didnt do a dual install, also is the Nehrim esm/ESP/data esp still loaded?

Because it wouldnt take facial changes it would only be the same generic shape for every one who fitted it. So would not look like your face.

Not sure if its possible, but the only ppl that join near straight away after account creation are always ppl who get kicked/banned from chat. Maybe add a timer of like 1 day before new accounts can join the chat?
