I use this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? to mend broken save files, most of the time it works, sometimes it doesn't fix the crash and ctds, try using it to clean your latest skyrim save file and see if it works, if it doesn't show us your mod load order too, maybe someone can find a clue for the fix

Please can someone link me to prodigy's pistol mod https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GBGO_nKyOEQ someone said it used to be in nexus too, but I could not find it and its link to steam is also broken (file down). So if anyone still has the mod please share it with me.

The new mod might be conflicting with your other mods. This may occur when some data gets overwritten, replaced or deleted directly or through script of the new mod. You might want to check that. Papyrus log or mod list may help people in pin pointing the problem.

UFO might be at fault here, follower overhaul mods tend to present issues pertaining to followers so you should always check them for dirty edits and proper compatibility, also, your papyrus note might have something about it check it too. On another unrelated note, I have heard of rumors going around that support for UFO is over now. Use Save game script cleaner http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? and check if it fixes it. I also use Tes5edit with mods when using any mod usually http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/? unless it specifically says that its already been cleaned.

I can't identify any mod that would potentially break the vanilla game and in turn affect followers in such a way in your list. The only mod that affects vanilla game explicitly is helgen reborn but it should not affect followers. Also can you explain what you mean by "silent" ? Does it mean that no dialogue options appear or if only certain dialogue options are off ? Is the problem with all followers or only with Serana ? Afaik Serana has various glitches so you should check it out through UESP or wikia. With such a list of game it might be painful but try checking mod by mod by turning each on and off and checking if turning any of the mod actually fixes the problem. The last resort would be to clean potential garbage scripts in the save file or reinstalling the game.

I think, if you describe your situation more, people can zero in the problem more accurately, info like your level, quest progressions, npc pissed off with you, if its every npc, some npc in one hold or many npcs in many holds. The quest involving Ja ree shouldn't piss off any particular npc afterwards, so its pretty ambiguous as what is the problem. As in particular situation, console codes can make npcs your allies or foe or add them to any faction, skyrim console codes are pretty much vast.

We should just hold a vote on this topic, lets see if there are more mad men in internet or those who pretend to be sane.
