  1. In response to post #35004165. Here's hoping they include a drop-able bedroll.
  2. "Frostfall - Hypothermia Camping Survival" is another good mod compilation that does what you're talking about.

I completely agree! I'd love to have a husky-like dog companion - since they can handle snowy conditions with ease.
  4. This is an idea for craftable golems for necromancers as a fun and immersive alternative to plain conjuring. The ability to build minions instead of "poofing" them into existence, would give much more depth to necromancers. As it is, roleplaying a necromancer just feels like being a weak conjurer. Raising the dead is a nice clean sparkly spell, so why was this so bad that it was banned in Tamriel? The alternative I have in mind is something similar to the Dwemer Certified mod, but with body parts instead of machines. There are already mods that add all kinds of visceral loot to enemies such as Souvenir Heads and Useful Remains. I tried to imagine this using as many vanilla resources as possible for ease of development and compatibility with other mods. GOLEMS: -"Powered" by soul gems -Using different ores to make earthy and metal types (strength would be dependent on type of ore used) -Meat, hearts, bones and other parts to make flesh and bone types (this type would have the benefit of health regeneration) -Appearance: appropriate retextures of the frost atronach would work nicely SKELETON MINIONS: -"Powered" by soul gems -Skeleton Warriors: Assorted bones, heavy armor, and one/two-handed weapon -Skeleton Archers: Assorted bones, light armor, a bow and arrows -Skeleton Mages: Assorted bones, robe or clothing, and a spelltome or scroll with the desired destruction or restoration properties for casting -Can equip one piece of enchanted jewelry -Lootable at death to reacquire equipped armors, weapons and jewelry CRAFTABLE AT: -Necromantic Altar: since a forge or workbench wouldn't make much sense -Castable Ritual Rune or Ritual Item: the Item could be as simple as a ceramic plate retextured with magic symbols, which could then be dropped and used as a portable altar Anyway, I have no personal experience with creating mods, so this idea is up for grabs for anyone with the skill to make it. Just let me know if you're interested in this, because I'd maybe like to discuss other ideas with you (plus I'd like to find your mod so I can play it). Thanks for your time and consideration :)
