Disregard that, I'm a massive idiot. It was a problem with my ENB setup.

I use TES5Edit all the time, no errors. Anyway, I continued to search for possible reasons and removed Audio Overhaul for Skyrim 2 as it's apparently incompatible with PerMa, along with some other changes that have yet to solve anything. Modified Load Order since I had to remove some incompatible stuff:

So I recently reinstalled Skyrim and the rest of my mods because I was having some trouble with it, but it seems I still have a problem somewhere. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure out why. The error caused is that the game loads up until the Skyrim logo but fails to show a menu, then turns into a black screen several seconds later. The main menu music still plays in the background however. AT this point, I ctrl-alt-del and force close the game. My mod and load order: EDIT: Removed some incompatible mods but problem persists.

This was actually a pretty interesting read. Gonna get me a Supporter Account and Turn off Ad Blocker.

This is why I never went back to Korea.
