You may have solved this problem already, but I was having this too, after recently updating Workshop Framework and Workshop+. One thing that was posted in those mods comments was to make sure to diable "fly mode" while in the "build mode".. I did that, and the CTD when opening the Workshop was fixed. I still have other problems, but that one issue was resolved by disabling "fly mode".
