I had to change from a PC to a PS 5. Can I filter out mods so I only see mods that will run on a PS5 or PS4? How can I tell if some of my old Fallout 4 mods will work on a PS 5 and how would I load them in my game?

I use Vortex with Skyrim and I'm thinking of getting Fallout 4. I do not use Bodyslide but I was thinking of trying some Fallout 4 presets that use bodyslide. I was thinking that is was Vortex profiles are for. I only use one it this how I could use Vortex with Skyrim and Fallout 4 or what should I do. I just use bodyside presets it is easy to use. I seen a view videos and it looks to complicated for me.
