Hey please can someonetell me if any of these will run oblivion. Im not really bothered about low video settings just as long as theres a solid frame rate. i thinks so, it was fine until i stepped outside from somewhere then the purple began

The ground in my oblivion has turned purple pretty much everywhere. This is annoying, because i dont want to be walking around on a purple ground. Would installing a texture mod fix it or are there any other solutions. Any help will be appreciated tyvm

i am quite an experianced modder installing alot of mods succesfully, but i uninstalled the game for a few hours and then reinstalled it. All the mods i am now downloading are not seeming to be working on this 'reinstalled version'. anyone got any tips / advice? any help will be appreciated. tyvm p.s if i need to remove mods how do i fully remove them from my pc?
