Sorry if this isnt the right place to post this but I cant seem to find the Bank entrance in the Freeside Thug Hangout. I have searched top to bottom over and over and it seems that either the route is blocked or im just completely missing it. If its by where that chick is in the locked room it seems there is some issues with the Named Enemy and his goons spawning behind a barricade. Help!
