I know it's a silly thing, but are you setting SKSE to run as admin in the security tab? That fixes a lot of issues

I'm looking for the mod that allows you to summon a little ayleid looking thing that lets you rotate items the way you want and them place them without them losing the angle you set. For the life of me, I can't remember what the mod was called. Any help is appreciated, and thank you in advance.
