Another problem, when i activate the Astral heart in the astral realm, the star gate won't open up =( the little stone by it says i still need to activate it ;.; Can anyone halp? /edit: I use the steam version btw

I just got the wing spell to i could finally progress in the astral plane, but no matter what i do, my character keeps ascending at a 45 degree angle, iunno what i be doing wrongs D= halp? ;.;

Bu-bb-but-but what bout FOIP? O.O Fallout Interoperability Program?
