I make a petition so that the modders that see it take solace in it and consider that there are people that actually care and want them there. That among all those haters there are some that appreciate them and are glad of all they give to the community. It's aimed at those that left because they got undeserved hate or got some death threats. It's aimed at those that really care but were scared away by all the negativity.

I have made a petition to show our support for all the modders that left. A letter of apology and plea for forgiveness. My suggestion is put it for money on steam but keep it free here! A lot of people use steam and only steam but those who actually care and are part of the tight community comes to the nexus and don't want anything to do with steam. Keep it for money there, have it free here. You give people a choice.

Wouldn't you show more support by simply keeping your mods free and available on the nexus. You already paid for the game. Shouldn't you actually promote keeping your mods free while doing a good job than letting this affect you? In the end it won't change anything for bethesda, you weren't going to sell your mods and they aren't getting any money from you. All you're hurting by deciding to leave the modding for skyrim is the community, not bethesda, not steam.
