  1. I dislike paid mods as much as the next guy, but barring patches and dependencies for paid content from a game is simply ridiculous. This isn't a line that needs to be blurred. If a publisher is publishing and selling user generated content, it's more in line with a DLC. Nexus doesn't have restrictions on DLC patches or dependencies, so this should absolutely be no different. And again, I say this as someone who actively has no desire to engage in paid user generated content. However, the provided guidelines are backwards and nonsensical.
  2. Hello all, I've recently been trying to figure out a way to bypass using the line "busecombinedobjects=0" in order to get my mod regrowth to work. It's been brought to my attention this line is causing FPS loss and creating LOD bugs. I was wondering if anyone would have any suggestions or ideas of how to do this, other than editing all cell data by hand. Thanks for any and all feedback or responses. - Spiffy
  3. While working on my mod "Cold Steel" I ran into this issue. For starters, the mesh worked in the preview window IN the GECK.   4. Now, I'm not scripter but this sounds like quite the task. Wouldn't it be easeir to just make them all locked containers? If you're looking for a level of difficulty, you could just set all the locks to the highest possible setting. IMO that would be easier, and more practical.

  6. Hello, So I've recently been trying to put a lot of Far Harbors flora into the commonwealth for variety's sake. I've grown tired of seeing those same bland stubby tree's. Now I thought this would be a simple task. Drag mesh over, rename it, replace it. I did this with about 35+ or so meshes, figuring it would make a huge difference. When I got in game however, none of the meshes worked. I decided to investigate in the Creation Kit, and literally every mesh worked flawlessly. So my question is, why is it should up in the CK but not the game, and does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.   7. Hello! I have decided that I really want to try and tackle making an ENB. I realize it requires a lot of work, and it's a learning experience. Unfortunately I'm not quite sure where to start. I want to make and ENB from scratch, and design it from the ground up! If anyone has any advice, or could help me in any way, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! ~Spiffyskytrooper

  9. I have the proper format for all the voice files but I am unsure of how to GET them into the G.E.C.K. and actually apply them to the NPC. I have written alot of dialogue, but never applied voices before.
  10. Hello all, I am making a companion and have pre-recorded WAV files, but I'm not to sure on how to get them in the GECK and apply them to the NPC. Would anyone be able to help? -Spiffyskytrooper
